HiCure memberships offer structured monthly access to selected assessments and recovery services. These terms explain how memberships work.
Monthly Allowances
Each membership plan includes a specific monthly allowance of consultations and recovery sessions. Unused sessions do not roll over unless expressly stated in your membership agreement.
Suitability & Practitioner Approval
All services remain subject to practitioner approval, suitability, availability and the terms of your specific plan. HiCure practitioners may decline or adjust a session where medically appropriate.
Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance. Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Pausing & Cancellation
Members may pause or cancel with prior written notice as specified in their membership agreement. Any prepaid unused fees are handled in accordance with that agreement.
Fair Use
Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and intended for individual use. HiCure reserves the right to review use where fair-use principles are affected.
